"This is more about customer service. I by accident ordered the j toe but wanted the round toe. Called customer service and they got it corrected before shipment. Great customer service. The regular toe is my favorite. I have a pair in brown also. The Milwaukee is my favorite stye. Not to flashy,just class. Thanks for a great boot and Great service."
"This is my first pair of Dan Post boots. I’ve been eyeing the Mannings, but wanted to try something out to see how they were in comparison to something like my Ariat James benchmade and as far as that comparison goes they are both on point. Comfortable for sure, the leather quality on the James is better, but the Milwaukees would be better for a more dressed up occasion. Out of the box, I took the dog out for a walk and to get some concrete scuffing on the soles but seemed to be easy to break in. I wore them two days in a row and then switched to another boot yesterday. I’ll wear them again today for some more break in. Snagged these on sale on the Dan Post website and they had them to me here in Oklahoma in 2 days. Now that I’ve tried a pair and love them, I’ll treat myself to those Mannings that I’ve been eyeing!"

"If you want a pair J toe boots that are budget friendly, that are quality boots, this is what you should choose. These fit well and look great. Black boots usually go with everything. A can of boot stretch will work as a spray on leather treatment to speed up break in time. Yes, you will want to break in new boots before wearing them everyday. Other than that, these are great boots."

"Before I entered the military I wore rounded or snip toed boots. Now that my military career is complete, I moved back to cowboy boots for daily ware once again. The Milwaukee Black Cherry and Black boots are the only footwear in my closet. I even wear then with shunts these days. They fullfill all the needs of what cowboy boots were designed for; 13” upper, J Toe, smooth leather soles and riding heels. These boots meet my every requirement. They great boots to own and wear. "I am a solid & regulator Dan Post boot customer. I own a total of three pair. Two pair are the Milwaukee boot. 01 black, 01 brown. I'll likely add a pair of the Blackberry too. What I like is the consistent quality, consistency in size, (it's not often that we can purchase online with this confidence) the boots arrive comfortable. There really is no need to factor a break-in period. I walk my dog at least 1. 5 miles daily, often wearing a pair of boots. You will not be sorry investing in a pair."
