You can check the status of your order shipment by logging into your Dan Post account. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, but please note we do not ship over weekends and holidays.
What size should I order?
We recommend ordering the same size you would normally wear in a non-athletic style shoe. At Dan Post Boots we care about how your boots fit, check out our fit guide to learn more about how your boots should fit once you receive them.

Do you ship internationally?
At this present time, we only ship to inside the United States.
Do you accept Paypal/Checks/MoneyOrder/COD?
Dan Post Boots accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
We currently offer Shop Pay installments on our products.
Can I return my purchase?

Can I cancel my purchase?
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure your boots arrive as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the product or cancel your order once it is placed.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to check out, however we know mistakes do happen. Because orders are packaged and shipped out quickly, changes to your shipping address must be requested as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request for an address change, but cannot guarantee any changes will be successfully made via UPS after your order has been placed.
