RETURNS POLICY:


You may return your new unworn boots within 60 days from the date received. Boots that have been scuffed or worn outside cannot be accepted for return.  We will not accept boots for return that show signs of wear or misuse. Boots must still have all tags and be in the original packaging. Please retain the packing list for order reference. 

Your shipment tracking email has a link “Return This Shipment”. Click on the link and complete the form. You can print the label directly from the link or take the Code to The UPS Store and have the return label printed at no additional cost. If you do not have the online link, go to customercare@danpostboots.com to request a return label.

A small handling fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund when return credit is issued.  If the boots are defective or a shipping error was made by us, the charge will be waived.

Returns are generally processed within 5 business days after receipt to our warehouse.  When your return has been processed and credit issued you will receive an email notification.  Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment.
