Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your boots. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on new, unworn merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags included.

Boots that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors are not eligible for return.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, use the return link included in your shipping confirmation email to generate a prepaid UPS return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.

 

Return Shipping

A prepaid UPS return label will be provided when you initiate your return.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing once your return has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service right away at customercare@danpostboots.com or 877-693-5280 so we can make it right.
