Should I order the same size as my athletic shoes if i’ve never worn Dan Post before?

I HAVE A WIDE FOOT . HOW DO THESE BOOTS FIT ?
They are available in wide width and medium width. The Wide width is 2 1/2E wide.
My husband found a pair of full quill ostrich they were bone colored and they had the rounded toe and a dog in heel because he has such a high arch and messed up hips and spine I was wondering if it's possible to order them from you to fit that description description?
We do not offer a bone ostrich at this time and do not make custom boots.
