"I recently purchased the steel toe model of this boot in a size 8 and it was a little large. Manageable with thick socks, but had some heel movement. I then purchased the non-steel toe in the same size and it felt like it was a whole size smaller than the steel toe. Very disappointed and sending them back today."

"I'm not a boot guy but I had been curious lately and wanted to give them a try. These caught my eye because they were black and available in EW. Unfortunately the heel socket was too big for my particular heel shape and every step I took felt very odd with too much play. Also, I learned I'm not a fan of the wide mouth shafts. If I were to look into boots again, I'd be looking for a boot that could clamp or zip the shaft for a tighter fit. Possibly something with flex/stretch bands in it. I just couldn't stand the look of the shaft rim pressing itself against the inside of my pant leg. This was my first attempt at switching to boots for work. You guys provided a high quality product and I'm not likely to find it anywhere else. Maybe I'll try you guys again in a few years to see if time has changed how people make boots."

"I’ve had 2 pairs of the boots, never had any issues at all. This pair is a little different. After wearing them for almost 2 months only while on duty, which is 10 days a month. I can barely get my right foot out because the heal pad moves up when I try to take the boot off. Comfort is great though. Any suggestions on what to do."
