Wider shaft please

"I really love the boot. Looks and feels great. I just wish that the width of the shaft would be wider to allow for wide calves. I have to split the top front and back to allow for my calves. Otherwise, the boots are excellent, but I can’t give any higher than three stars. Please take into consideration us men with extremely wide feet might have larger calves. I would greatly appreciate it and I will probably buy another pair for dress."

Q&A

I looked at the sizing chart. Foot measures exactly 10-1/2 inches. I see a little under is 9.5 and little over is 10. I have usually worn a 9.5, what do you suggest?

Are these boots chemical resistance?
This leather is treated with waxes, oils, and silicones to make it waterproof where water or other liquids will not readily absorb into the leather. This will give it a certain amount of resistance to any liquid chemicals but not dry chemicals. The boot is still leather and over time of continued contact with harsh chemicals such as acids, acetones or other products that contain these substances, they will eventually break the leather fibers, which weakens the strength of the leather and lets it crack and tear until unwearable.

Hi Greg, Yes our Journeyman DP69502 and DDP69512 Round toe has a unit sole and 1” heel. DP69502 is non safety soft toe and DP69512 is a composite safety toe.
